I’ve been a user for years. I like it, I can’t complain. The only thing I wish is they would tweak, is to change the limit on expiring points. I’m loosing more expiring points that I am earning them so it’s hard to save up. Even though I get good scores on the quizzes and all. I know it’s all in a push to help setup Samsung Pay so I cant complain too much.

Samsung Employee Purchase Program advertisements are on here and they promote deals for employees (which I thought was awesome) until I purchased 2 Galaxy S10e's and expected to get a $400 rebate back for each on March 28. Now I'm on week 10 & the e-commerce, promotions, pay/rewards, and customer care can't find out where my rebates are and I have already explained to ALL of the Samsung departments where I found this promotion and no one wants to help. When I go to contact us on Samsungepp they don't reply once you put your information in because it has been 3 weeks since I've asked for the status. I'm saying all of this because this app should NOT advertise if the company cannot back it up or provide the proper customer service to contact.

Train to enter in sweepstakes? Wow. Sorry about the bitterness but why offer a catalog that is unattainable. Retail has an option to win big by getting more points getting Samsung pay sign ups etc but care has to somehow have friends and family sign up to get you extra points and hope you have enough friends and family to get you to the required level. Guys this needs to be looked at, it’s broken. Knowledge is key but worthless here if it’s just extra work to be placed in a sweeps. I’d like to save for a phone or accessory, All this information is provided by carrier

And this app gives you that knowledge. It empowers you to make the right decision for yourself and the consumer! And it’s a plus that you could eventually get free stuff...the point system is a little low. Making it almost impossible to get what you want but can’t complain. Eventually I may get it.

The app is fantastic with the knowledge based learning and all the exclusive deals, however every time I complete a training video the app crashes and I lose the completion of the video and have to do it again a couple times and hope that it sticks, one wasting my time and two not getting the credit for something I’ve watched multiple times.
