I’m on iPhone 7 and when I press Samaa live, it makes a black screen and exits the app.. This has never happens to me before.?

I just downloaded this app and very disappointed bcoz many of the functions like live video & audio are not working and also talk shows are not working please fix this app. " You are amazing you took three years to resolve the issue and replying. You deserve best efficiency worldwide record I bet nobody can beat your pace of work. Keep it continue "

This app is being an excellent app from day one but these days I am unable to open the live option. It's keep crashing. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.

They must have hired very cheap app developers since this app reflects that. Not friendly UI,live streaming either does not work or works only a few seconds and then crashes,I wish they would consider that this app will be used by overseas Pakistanis and they should make one which is equal to the other apps out here instead of doing something worthless so that in the end you say "that's to be expected from a locally designed app" . People in Pakistan can view the channel on cable so they don't need this....we do but we have sadly been disappointed.
