The app had a bunch of issues last year. so I took it off my phone for a while and did NOT plan on dealing with it again. Then I saw a discount deal for downloading it and am pleasantly surprised now, finally easier than calling in. Really glad they fixed it

The app doesn’t let you book more than one of each service, for example if you want two teaspoons for different parts of the body that’s not an option. Currently the app won’t open at all. It tells me my internet isn’t connected or is too slow, but that’s not true, I don't know what the issue actually is. Every time I attempt to use the app I have to resort calling and leaving a message for someone to call me back. Not efficient and very frustrating.

I loved using the app- it was really convenient. For the last year I’ve been getting booted and just recently saw they relaunched it. So I deleted it and reinstalled but I’m still getting the error message “uh oh it seems we’re having an issue viewing your active memberships please try again later” frustrating cause I’ve been a member since they opened their first nyc location a few years ago

This app is useless. The either says “uh oh something’s wrong with your connection. Try again later” or “there was an issue viewing your membership status. Try again later.” Spoiler alert, that “later” never comes. Do yourself a favor and just book your appointments online and save memory space on your phone.

I have a membership and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app numerous times. Frustrating when you’re trying to book an appt after hours and you can’t see available times. I’ve asked a couple of times & still not fixed.
