RX Connect

The Riese & Müller RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit for your E-Bike with RX Chip The app connects you directly to your bike via the RX Chip when an RX Service is activated. This way you can check the location at any time and receive automatic ride statistics. If you wish, you can activate the digital alarm for your bike via the app. Depending on the bike model, you will receive a push message in the event of an alarm or you can even set an alarm on the bike (light & horn). For UBN bikes, there is also a speedometer function that turns the smartphone into a display on the handlebars. Furthermore, the app offers access to dealers and workshops in the vicinity as well as all data in the My Bike service portal. Please note: 1. A free Riese & Müller account is needed to use the app. 2. One or more registered Riese & Müller E-Bikes can then be displayed in the app. 3. Riese & Müller bikes from 2017 onwards can be registered for "My Bike". 4. Customers with an RX Chip in the bike (chargeable upgrade with the purchase of an E-Bike) require a booked RX Service (bookable online at www.r-m.de) to use the functions, such as riding statistics and digital alarm. 5. For optimum use of the app, please consent to your location being tracked (enabling your actual surroundings to be displayed on the map). 6. You need to agree to tracking in the app or in your "My Bike" account to use the RX Chip functions. You may revoke your consent at any time. 7. Please activate push notifications to use the digital alarm.
