RunIntervals

I use this app three or four times per week for my run intervals. I like the simplicity of just having to dial the run and walk times. Had an issue at first with not signaling the intervals after the phone locked but the developer fixed that. Can’t say enough good things about this app. It works with Runkeeper and Pandora running in the background also.

One of the easier/simpler interval apps out there. You can choose from a voice alert (with a nice 3, 2, 1 countdown) or sounds. Easy to select many different type of run and walk times. When iOS updated I had an issue, emailed the developer and he had it fixed in less than 48 hours.

I was looking for an ultra simple app that verbally told me when to get ready to switch between running and walking with no extra bells and whistles and this is it. I love it.

My wife and I are doing run-walk-run training for a marathon Anand we needed something on our phones to queue us to start and stop. The trick was to find something that would work with Runkeeper and Apple Music. This little app works great. I’ve been on 20+ runs now with all three going and works perfectly-never fails to tell you to run or walk.

I’ve been searching for an app to pace me using a Galloway, run/walk plan and this is perfect!
