RT Mobile supports multiple servers simultaneously and integrates them all in a way that allows you to to organize everything the way you want. Tickets are cached so you can view them while offline. ---NOTES--- Requires a Request Tracker 3.8.x or newer server. Supports authentication through the RT server only. Web external authentication is not supported. SelfService Portal is not supported. You must be a privileged user to login.
