Rounds List

Our practice have used the app now for a while and it has been easy and straight forward. We use it simply to keep track of our inpatient census, but the additional features such as Task, Labs, Photos, and notes have proven very useful. Overall great app for the price.

This is really a useful app. Everyone rounding has the same sign-out. It really is a great help. I can see when patients a re and admitted and keep up with everything!

Now I can keep my list on my phone instead of some folded up piece of paper that gets lost in a pocket or full of partial notes that end up written all over as I run out of space. All the info I need to start rounding is right on my phone. I like that notes can be given a task status that can be turned on to remind about follow up and show that it's been done. Changes I would like to see: 1. Add a Resident category that can be turned off or on, so on resident teams we can see who the attending is and which of our co-residents is following. 2. Some space at the top for PMH, allergies, or other important notes, like current meds and problem list. 3. Ability to edit a note after it's written to correct mistakes, like dose of abx, or to delete or move a note if it's under the wrong pt. I could have used both those options today : ). 4. A way to reactivate a discharged pt's info when they bounce back if it's been less than the 7 days. 5. Add to CBC skeleton a place for the diff, and add a space for Ca++ to the BMP skeleton, under glucose. A skeleton for cultures would be nice, an maybe CMPs. 6. Be able to drag and drop notes to re-arrange order when wanting to review pt's hx.

Looks like it worked 5 years ago. Now cannot add patients-they don’t show up. Waste of time learning and setting up.

This app is an excellent idea, although I feel it can benefit from some improvements. Firstly, there were some technical glitches occasionally e.g. the app turning upside down, overlapping buttons, patients some,times not showing up immediately after being added. In terms of functionality, there are a number of features that I think would be useful: - the ability to track more different laboratory tests, perhaps 'user specified' ones that creates a column only when relevant (e.g. TSH, neutrophil count, valproate level, etc.) - the tasks feature could also be separate from the general notes section, where tasks disappear/ grey out/ move to the bottom of the list on completion (is it really necessary to have "collect stool sample" forever visible on the patient's note?) - ability to organize patients by different parameters e.g. Location, date since admission, gender, etc. - ability to organize tasks by different parameters e.g. By location, nature of task (e.g. Bloods, radiology, IV insertions) - ability to edit tasks - ability to complete task in stages (e.g. Bloods on Mrs. X - collect blood, drop off at lab different tasks) - ability to attach the reference number for pending blood results, which can be 'completed' by filling in the missing lab results - section for additional notes e.g. Clinical notes, vital signs, medications, scheduled appointments Overall the app is user friendly and does what it needs to, and would recommend it.
