You can swipe down from the upper-right corner of the Home or Lock screen to access Control Center and enabled it. We appreciate your feedback as we are continually looking for ways to improve. If you are referring to the letterbox affect, then it not unique to Anyplace TV app. You can stretch the video; however, it is not supported on the Anyplace TV app. Thank you for understanding! /Moin

Audio and Video issues can hamper the viewing experience! Is the issue happening only with Live channels? You can close the app from the background before launching. This action can help the app to establish a fresh session. Thank you for your patience. Regards! /Moin
