With the Roco AR app it is possible to place an interactive 3D model of our slewing railway crane right in front of you. This enables you to view precise details from all sides of the crane and to test its functions even before you actually hold the model in your hands. After opening the app, simply tap the screen in order to position the crane in front of you. By zooming and rotating you will get a realistic impression of the structure of our model. With the provided directional pad it is possible to extract and retract the telescopic boom, raise and lower the boom and the crane hook as well as rotate the whole crane’s superstructure 360°. If your device does not support the AR function you can also use this app to open a 3D figure of the crane and operate all its functions in this mode as well.
