RL6:Mobile allows RL clients to submit, follow-up, task and review files in RL6:Risk and RL6:Feedback. This app compliments and requires RL6:Risk and/or RL6:Feedback v6.5.5 or higher. Empower your users to report events and patient comments at the point of care, so that managers can initiate resolution workflows immediately. Users can submit text, audio, and images to describe the event or feedback directly from their mobile devices. This helps reduce the time spent entering data and give the users the flexibility to report information wherever they are. Managers can receive alerts and tasks, review file summaries, and add follow-ups right from their phones and tablets to move the file along in the workflow. Administrators can also create specialized forms and deploy them to end users for patient or safety rounding. Note: RL6:Mobile is free to download, but organizations must purchase and implement a license to use the application.
