River Rewards™

Have been going to MRP every week for the past month because the food and service are both excellent. The Rewards program gives me extras every week! Love this place.

We have always enjoyed our experience at McKenzie River Pizza. Not the case today. First, I received a wrong order. I ordered fish tacos and received trio taco combo with shrimp, pork, and ? . I’m allergic to pork and shrimp. I also ordered a side of grilled veggie and but received steamed veggie. My husband was missing onions and mayo on his tenderloin and asked for it. Rather than bringing him the condiments, she brought the menu to point out what she though I had ordered. In the interim, my husbands food was getting cold. Another 6 minutes passed and we had to ask another server for the onion and mayo and she brought it in one minute. My food finally came out and I ate while my husband had to wait.

Always friendly and welcoming faces!!! The food is most always very good! The atmosphere is very chill and love to sit in the lounge occasionally. Today was one of those occasions and it was very good even though it was just a couple OMG!! And a couple apps. with a dinner salad.! Was perfect! The waiter was very friendly and ended a perfect Sunday evening! Great job Mckenzie Staff! Keep smiling!! 😀😀😀

I am really disappointed in this app every time we go to Mackenzie River I pull up the app and it says server is down. I can understand once or even twice. But I have been in two different restaurants at least five times and each time the app does not work at the restaurant. This last time I made sure it was working before I went to the restaurant but when I got to the restaurant the app did not work. Then they could not use my phone number to get my points. Very disappointing.

We love this place & it was a perfect night to have overhead doors open in bar area. Always get food before we get plates & silverware/napkins, but it doesn’t take long to get someone’s attention. Cody is happy & always on it.
