I downloaded this app because print and scan said it was no longer supported and suggested I do so. Right off the bat I am not happy with this new app. To print a word document this app requires that I install the 250MB word app. I don't have storage to waste on that. Print&Scan will just print the document, no extra app needed. Bring that feature into this app and maybe we can be friends again. The single "5 star" review also appears to have been paid for. It does not read like an actual user, rather someone from a marketing department.

This has added more frustration to my life than printing from a phone should. I cannot print directly from a web page, from the app inputting a webpage or pdf. What the hell is the point of this app, I have to literally send everything I have ready to print to a computer in an office where the computers are typically occupied. I can’t print outside of the app or through the app, so why is it even here? Now we have this expensive printer that was supposed to make life easier, only to cause the opposite and losing out on productivity. Our terrible 5+ year old hp and epson printers at least had that much going for them, you could actually print to them from a mobile device without wanting to take a bat to them! In fact, I recall it took just a few minutes to connect to those; shorter than it took to write this review. I’m glad the time each week I normally spend printing at least tripled. Thanks.

I’ve been trying to add my SP C250sf into this app for 2 days and finally, it’s a success! I found on a Ricoh product page that PCL6 mode must be set to universal on the printer itself for this app to work. You also have to make sure to click on “Share this printer” when you are installing it on your computer for the first time. And I also enabled “Search via Bonjour” under app settings.

It used to work ok with pictures but even when I turned a document into a pdf it wouldn’t work so I used an app to convert the already converted pdf into jpg and it finally worked for a while until it stopped working completely and stopped finding my printer and nothing I did worked I probably even messed up the settings because of it to conclude this printer app is useless and a waste of time and storage why don’t y’all make an app like hp maybe get some inspo cuz you’re making everyone’s life harder than it has to be

Bought a new Ricoh c250 dn to replace a burnt up brother printer that was several years old. Cannot print from a mobile device without an app, which doesn’t work once downloaded. I regret ever seeing the name Ricoh, much less wasting my money on their product. I could have bought a old used printer and gotten better results, any results are better being this thing is useless unless you go back 10 years and plug it into a computer.
