App does help. Your Pick Up Crews are really great too. We moved here in September and the yard wasn’t maintained very well. Completely over grown. We have a large yard too. The crews have been picking up larger piles of trimmings, pine needles (48 yard bags largest collection), tree limbs cut to required lengths and tree stumps cut to size. This isn’t normal. Anyway you get the picture. Your crews have always been friendly. Even very late into the day (6 pm) a couple of times. Make sure to give them thank yous from me. Woodlake resident.

I enjoy using the app it keeps me on schedule with the updates and there is useful information that allows me to know how to separate my trash. It is user friendly and very helpful especially since I am new to this county.

I love this app because not only does it reminder citizens of garbage, yard waste and recycling days, it also tells you how to dispose of certain items in your regular collection or should it be taken to the landfill locations around Richland county. With this app, there is no reason why anyone should dispose of their garbage properly. The information is all here and if not there are numbers listed to call. Great app, continue to improve on it.

I appreciate that there is such an app, with notifications and other useful info. Some info on recycling and waste locations are not updated, however...so that’s my only complaint. Otherwise great and simple.

The app works fine, but recently started displaying a message that the version I am using is out of date. However, no update is available.
