I bought this dash cam for both front and rear dash cams. Took me 50 min to set this up. And later when I though to connect the WiFi with my phone Iphone 11 Pro max, it never connects and always says Loading live view. This continues for never ending time and when your press return on app, it freezes. At the same time dash cam which shows WiFi connected freezes and whatever button you press it will not get out of that screen until you press power off or restart. Cam and app both are not intuitive for users to use them with ease. I called support, left messages on email as well on voicemail but no one picks up or replies. I beg you to please return my money. 🙏🏻

This app works great for me. I was able to easily connect my phone (iPhone 8 Plus) to the camera’s WiFi network and then use the app. It was not intuitive how to download the recordings to my phone, but I eventually figured it out. To select recordings for download, long press the recording’s thumbnail and then a little blue check mark will appear. You will then be able to save them to your phone. It would be great if more of the camera’s settings were exposed through the app, but it’s not like you need to change the settings all that often. Overall, I am quite happy with the dash camera and the app.

I’m pretty happy with the camera itself. The app on the other hand, it’s complete garbage. For some reason, the live recording doesn’t play while the camera is recording...Also, it takes forever to load when you open up. It crashes and freezes....Can’t even view my recorded videos on the app. The only way I can view them is through the camera itself...Please fix this issue and release a new update!!!

Had a little trouble with this app connecting to unit by WiFi, but that wasn’t because the app. My Rexing camera is a V1. The app’s settings feature could be better, but very basic controls on the camera can be set easily enough. I use iPhone 8 Plus with this app to connect to camera and can quickly view my 3 minute captured videos in both portrait and landscape mode. Wish the app had a little more functionality, like being able to operate and set every function on the camera with the app.

On iPhone 11 Pro Max I got the live view to work and access to the media files through the app. Make sure (if you’re on iOS 13+) to go on settings/cellular and DISABLE connection on the rexing app and then connect to it. But the video playback is still laggy but at least it’s not completely useless. Definitely room for improvement.
