They say it works on their end. It simply does not. I did everything they said to do and I’m still having to enter by putting in the codes which is a pain.

This app works great for me with no issues whatsoever. I use it to check tickets and earn points for prizes. The scan feature has never been an issue for me like it apparently was for some other users. I use it almost daily with no issue.

This app sounded like it would be great but it’s more aggravation than its worth and just takes up space in my phone. The scan feature almost never works, and the fact that I have to sign in every time I use it is maddening. The only apps I have that require sign in every time come from financial institutions and protect my personal info.

App is great, when it opens! Every single time I try to open it and closes itself out before it loads up. It’s kind of hard to enter my tickets if I can’t even open the app. Please fix ☺️

This app never works for me!! Won’t even load any of the pages. Better off going on internet and doing it through their web site. If you can get that to work.
