Reverse Charades

I purchased the premium upgrade and played this with fifteen women tonight. We had a blast! I was bummed about one thing, though. I hooked up my iPad to a television thinking we could have the guesser sit in front of the TV with her back to it. The only thing that displayed on the TV was the score and timer, not the clues. So, I had to also hold up the iPad for the actors to see. Otherwise, a great party game.

I had the family gathered around ready to play but I needed to restore my purchase of the premium pack. I did everything I needed to do but it didn't restore my purchases. After putting in my information I waited while the app gave me no indication of what was going on and it never restored my purchase. I rebooted my device and tried again and again. I blame the developers! I needed the packs so I purchased again because my family and I were ready to play and had got together just for that reason. I have now spent six dollars on this app. Way more than I ever wanted to spend on this silly game.

I love the card game version of this game. When I found this app I did not hesitate to purchase it and the extra card packs. Unfortunately, the software that picks the random new words is very lacking. We played a 10 round game and EVERY turn had 4-5 words constantly being repeated, whether you passed or got it right. The words kept coming up in the first set of 10 or so words. Made this game unplayable and a complete waste of money. I even “tested” the game afterwards and had the issue continue to happen. Don’t purchase until/if they ever fix this horrid flaw.

I teach high school and I purchased this game for my high school drama class to play and they loved it. Fun, fast-paced and helps with pantomime skills. The only problem is that the game will repeat clues within the same game. Also, it would be great if there was a way for the game leader to go back and undo a pass or a foul. This game should be great for a family game night or a party.

Played it on Christmas Eve with the family, it was a blast! The app works great. I recommend buying the 500 cards for 99cents, we did the free trail and then bought it and so when the 50 cards came back through it was really easy to guess. But totally worth it!!
