Revel - Social

I just joined revel the beginning of November , when I first moved to LA! Not knowing many people here or the area. I was looking to meet new friends, and to be completely honest this is one of the best and realest way I have met people. I Always felt safe and everyone I met has been amazing and I kept in touch with many of the people after and met up with them. Also to conclude, I really got to experience cool events, restaurants and party’s in an completely different way then I would have if I went out if promoters. Everything is high standard! Also, there is a support chat that is available 24/7 that always makes sure you get the right details and information and is there to assist you with anything you need! I recommend this app to everyone that is looking to meet exciting, kind and fun people and also experience the best each city has to offer.

So I have to say, joining this app has added a lot of value to my life! Enjoying beautiful music, delicious food, connecting with locals and new people has never been more enjoyable and attainable. I’m originally from Spain and I’ve been craving that European socializing lifestyle here in the US and this app gives me an opportunity to enjoy the things that really matter in life...Memories and experiences. :)

I should have listened to the reviews. I submitted multiple tickets through the app, emailed the support, and the email see on prior reviews for my account to be deleted. Even went to Instagram to get in contact with them and still no answer. I don’t understand why it is taking so long to delete my account. If i no longer want it my account and personal information should be deleted. I requested it to be deleted over two weeks now and still it is active. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand why there isn’t a delete button on this app. Furthermore, keeping my information without my consent is definitely against the law.

Revel is not only a great way to experience the most fun (and exclusive!) events around, but also a fantastic way to meet new friends! I always get excited when I see a notification pop up from them, and I’m sure you will too!

I have been having a problem of the app crashing when I try to change my photos or access messages. I wish there was a way to message people in my friends list and to see if IP are available before I submit because the “average requested” isn't always what people are asking. Besides that its a good app to meet people and lots of cool events!
