The app used to crash immediately when I tried to open up scheduling and now after the most recent update get a message saying “JSON could not be serialized because of error: the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” when I try to check my schedule. The only reason I come into work is because of the weekly text I get telling me what days I work but even then sometimes what’s on my manager’s end doesn’t show up for the employees

This app is extremely unorganized. I’m so sorry if you work somewhere that is making you use it. For starters all employees schedules for that day are grouped in one place rather than having them split into categories i.e. managers, morning shift, night shift, back of house, front of house, host, busser. Once an employee releases a shift it turns into an open shift and you can no longer see that employees name. Very difficult if you are trying to pick up a specific persons shift when there are several other “open shifts” available. You cannot see whose is whose. From what I’ve seen there is no messaging system in place. As of right now Restaurant365 is very frustrating to use and needs some tweaking. The app has potential but it definitely has a way to go.

So many things wrong with this app. The forgot password link doesn’t work. Even though it says it’s emailed you a temporary password, it doesn’t. You have to go to the website to reset your password. I also don’t understand the point of the box underneath the login info that has ‘krg’ and a bunch of numbers after it. Ruins the aesthetic. The app also has no employee list and no way to contact employees or managers. How is that helpful for a business? 0/10

So I like that I can give up and trade shifts, but I HATE that I can’t fully see who else is working. I wanna be able to see the whole schedule and everyone that works because it prepares me for the entire night. It also logs me out every single time I close the app which is super annoying.

It has hours worked but it never shows my hours worked it stays at 0 but the hours remaining works, also when I request days off the manager approves it but I still get scheduled and when you pick up a shift you don’t get notified and there’s no messaging system other than that this app would be good
