Rescue Knight - Hero Puzzle

So glad someone finally made a real version of this. Love it and it’s just the right amount of challenging. I know it’s still new so there’s going to be some bugs. The biggest one I noticed is that sometimes you’ve beat the game but the knight can’t make it over or past something. Usually I just restart and play again and it’ll work the second time around, but I’m currently stuck on level 45. I even walked myself through all the hints to make sure I was doing it right. The boulder won’t go all the way out of the room no matter how many times I try to time it right, so the knight can’t get over or on top of the rock to save the princess. So I’m basically just stuck here or I have to pay to skip the level, which I don’t want to do when I know I’ve solved it. Fix those little glitches like that and I think it’ll be a great game!

For once, we got an mobile game that actually uses the “pull the pin” gimmick that is used in mobile game advertisements, but isn’t misleading and plays exactly like the ads do with added mechanics in the later levels. While there is a few levels available, and is still in Beta, I’d definitely give this puzzle game a download.

This one isn’t great. I guess it’s not the worst I’ve ever seen, take that for what you will. Boring levels, unintuitive gameplay (if you don’t wait for the lava turning to rock animation to finish, you lose and in another level had to wait and watch the little knight bounce around on the rocks for a minute before touching a piece of gold and ending the level). Pretty frequent ads for the same games repeatedly and it won’t let you at least mute the sound. After every level it prompts to you make micro transactions. I guess it would be tolerable if I felt compelled to play but after 10 or so levels seeing my “IQ” go up higher than fake celebrities wasn’t enough to make me want to play more.

Ok I thought it was constant ads after every level as well, but it’s not. If you wait after the level there is a ‘no thanks’ button in the bottom right corner. If you press that button you won’t get the ad. It takes about 5 seconds to appear

I love that there’s finally a game that matches all those Facebook ads, but I bought the ad-free version specifically because I wanted to both support your development, and not have to deal with waiting for video demos to end. Even ‘restoring my purchases’ option doesn’t work after this update. I’m still having to watch the game demos after every level. Please fix this, and I’ll be more than happy to update back to a 5-star rating!
