RemServ

I have been using this app for approximately 2 years for my novated lease. After the initial hiccoughs with correct RemServ ID (it defaults to your Salary Sacrifice one not a novated lease and two separate IDs...!) it works fantastically for viewing current (up to the minute) balances and for making easy claims through mobile phone photo of invoices. Payments are typically then reimbursed within a couple of business days. If only this functionality applied to my new salary sacrifice items such as professional memberships (for union fees etc). Unfortunately my documents for claims will all need to be scanned and emailed across for actioning, delaying the whole reimbursement timing. This is disappointing because the lease claims are so quick and easy to use... Hopefully, this functionality can be incorporated quickly into the current interface as I plan to remain a customer and would appreciate the simplification of claiming all benefits.

I have been so very impressed with the ease of claiming through the RemServ app. Previously my salary sacrifice dollars for years just accumulated and I claimed only intermittently when I had time to rearrange my receipts and scan etc. Now I can simply photograph on my phone as the relevant bill arrives and the receipt - be it fuel receipts or electricity or phone bills, so easy and so instant. I know I’ll quickly catchup and plan to recommence maximum salary sacrifice again. Very grateful to my friend who described the app and got me started.

Easy to use app, however did not the function I needed. Called the customer care centre and spoke with Jacob Alexander who was amazing and able to help me with what I needed. I was so impressed with Jacob’s friendliness, knowledge, professionalism and eagerness to help me. I don’t usually write reviews but will be sending one to remserv too. Thank you so much!!!

For the last 2 years I’ve had reminders to update my lease agreement as it’s part of my package. The app will not let me do it. I upload all relevant documentation and click submit only for it to never load. I have tried countless times, updated the app, reinstalled, updated my phone - everything the consultants request me to do. Perhaps the most frustrating part is there is no other simple way of updating this information - instead I have the make a new application to package my rent every year.

Since I have upgraded to iOS 13 I have been unable to load additional pages for receipts and proof of payment for my international travel claims. It shows a dotted line and says page two, but does not scroll down to show the full page and does not allow to progress to complete the claim. Only options available at the top of the page are retake or cancel. I thought it may have been due to poor picture quality but can not upload pictures from photo reel either and they are screen shots from web sites.
