Very bad experience with Remit2India. I transferred money in instant transfer and after one day I got an email saying due to internal compliance your money would be transferred in ACH mode . It means it would take another 3-4 days. On calling the customer care number in PST hours i.e 8 am to 6 Pm Pst no body picks the call. I tried this for 2 days but no luck then I called at IST morning. At last I got connected to a representative and on asking about the internal compliance I was told that my source bank doesn’t allow deducting amount. I will like you inform you that till date I was using another app using the same bank and the transfer was instant within 15 mins. So I went head and canceled the transaction and dropped an email 3 days back. And I till now I am chasing them but no news. The owner of this app should be sued for making people fool and for a filthy customer service .

Horrible experience for being 1st time customer. I started the transfer on July 1st. And still it’s pending status. Customer representatives Amit, Pranav and Pratik gave me generic answers until yesterday one representative went out of his way to help me. I do not recommend remit2india for your money transfer. Because of the glitch in their system I lost the best transfer rate. I had no other choice. Wish I had known earlier about them I would have chosen different form of transfer. They pay Virat Kohli millions to put his face on their site but the regular people like me get screwed who is actually sends money to India. Horrible website and horrible app. No customer service!!!! Amit, Pranav and pratik are not helpful at all.

When I was booking the transaction it showed I will be instant transfer and should take 3-4 hours. But after I made a booking, my transaction was still ‘in process’ for 2 days and I tried calling them, which is another BIG project and should have to call in IST time, I was told my transaction was converted to ACH mode and verification will be done manually. I was using the same account with Remitly and transfer happens in 10 mins always. It's been a week now and I am still waiting to complete my transaction. My suggestion: use this application to get the first bonus rates and then DELETE without second thoughts!!!!

For my first transfer on this site, they have an option for instance transfer and I opted for it. They immediately accepted and closed the transaction. After that they have neither deducted the amount, nor deposited for 2 days. In these 2 days I had no clues what happened to the transaction and I even couldn’t cancel it as the option was not there. Suddenly after 2 days, the money has deducted, but never deposited in my India account. I tried to call their number and never got a response, just wasted an hour waiting on the hot number. No response to email as well and still struggling to get some response... such a bad luck... Never, never opt for these guys

Hi, when I tried to transfer money for the 1st time using instant transfer (after verifying my account etc), it was put on hold for 3-4 days! I didn’t get any notification why it was put on hold! When I logged into my account, got to know some KYC document is needed! I couldn’t understand whose KYC is needed- sender or receiver? The worst part is - chat doesn’t work, nor any number to reach out to representatives! The only option is to send them email and await either email response or request call back! It’s been couple of days and haven’t heard anything yet! Regretting why the heck did I choose it to transfer money!!!
