Reboot with Joe Juice Diet App

Paid £7.99 for the subscription! It keeps coming up in Spanish even though it’s set to English, can’t save a picture to my profile or report a problem even though I have an email on my profile as it says I don’t have one configured :( It looks like this could be a Fabulous tool to juicing if these problems could be ironed out please. Pay your money take your chances. Ps unless you pay £7.99 you can’t do anything in this app except watch his videos which are feather good I must say.

Such a shame but my app is no longer usable as most of it is coming up in Spanish...no use to me. Reported this as a bug but haven’t heard anything. It looked good when I could read it but now it’s useless, so a waste of money. Heard back from the support team and the issue was then resolved within 24 hours. Now working, the app is great. Very useable from the meal plans, to recipes, to the shopping lists and so much more.

Quite disappointing as I try and open an account to use the app and it constantly says something went wrong, try again later... despite using more than one email address. Also to note that the videos in the app 101 Juice Recipes play without any sound. Both apps seem to have big issues - a pity given the £10 spend and the inclination to start reboot prep today.

I downloaded this without knowing the full version is half in Spanish and I’m unable to fix it. I emailed the support team a week ago and still haven’t had a response. I am hoping that by leaving a review someone might actually acknowledge and fix this problem on the app for me.

Lost weight on the 5 day cleanse, however I did have to have a meal on day 3 as was starving.. I enjoyed it and will probably continue
