Select your preferred transaction/s to be done such as Cash or Check Deposit, Withdrawal, Check Encashment, Bills Payment, Fund Transfer, or Account Opening. 2. After completing the transaction, you will receive a unique Quick Response (QR) Code and a reference number valid for 24 hours. 3. Proceed to any RCBC Touch Q-enabled branch and have your QR Code scanned or choose to encode the reference number at the Kiosk. 4.
