ask user to change the rating

I am using iPhone 6plus. Also I have registered my credit card and I am able to login using mPin, but when I try to login using Touch ID it's giving error, please register your credit card. Please fix this error. The other features for switching off/on credit card very good feature. If you fix this above bug I will give you 5 rating.

App was working fine till last couple of weeks but from last 3 weeks I am getting “Service temporarily unavailable “ after successful login faceid/mpin . This is really sad issue didn’t fix even in 3 weeks. Steps - Latest app version from App Store, then login by mpin or faceid after successful login ( no error) it goes to main page ( dashboard) and shows “we apologize, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try later and app becomes unresponsive.
