The very first day when I received credit card, I had installed RBL Card App. Trust me, this is the worst banking app I have ever used. Being software develop I can sense how brutally this app was been made. It is very uncomfortable and unsecured due to which I really do not recommend anyone to use it.
Below are the flaws of app.
1. Performance- we you click on detailed statement you will never get any result. The progress keeps on loading.
2. Payment mode never works- once you click on payment and enter details and select net banking, it will never connect to payment gateway.
3. Finger touch keeps on popping up after exit.
4.Due date of RBL card is 3rd of every month and this cannot be changed. They keep maintenance of their system at this time and payment modes never work. This happened to me on month of Dec 2018 and never let me do payment on time which resulted financial charges. When I called customer service ( which is worstest, never gets connected, never get call back from them even if you wait for a week and worst part connecting to supervisors is such a pain that you need to be on hold in a call more than 30 mins), I just get feedback we will look into this issue and come back shortly which they never do.
And many more issues with app.
I am planning to cancel this card after this month statement by clearing all my debits and highly not recommend anybody.
