Like another reviewer, I had put my payment info in the website to give them a try. When I noticed they started charging me $35 per month, I emailed to tell them to cancel my account. That said they cannot do it because I was in a contract and had another 6 months to finish! I asked to see this “contract” I supposedly signed as I didn’t recall ever signing one. They couldn’t produce it. But they kept taking their money. Even after I told them I couldn’t use their service anyway because my account will not “sync” and keeps coming back with an error message. I couldn’t even use their service because they could never get my account to sync. This company is dishonest and they really didn’t care that they were taking money from me even tho they were giving me absolutely nothing! Not to mention I feel like I was lied to or tricked about getting into a contract with them. I never signed anything. I just can’t really until I’m done with this horrible “business”. STAY AWAY!

Tried this app for 1 month and did not like it. Contacted them to cancel and was told they did not have my payment info and therefore there was no need to cancel...then almost a month later I was charged again. Am currently fighting with them to get my refund. There is no US phone number so have to go through email. Do not give them your payment info!
