What a piece of crap app. I have no idea why our team switched to this from the competitor app. 0 stars would be generous. Chat and email notifications do not work. Calendars do not sync. Have to go into the app daily and manually check for team updates. I know multiple teammates with the same problem. Very buggy.

Many issues with crashing. Chat feature is horrible - constantly sorts the chat oddly. As in you send a message and somehow the app backdates it and re-sorts your message that you just sent to 10 messages above. So you can never keep track of what the team is talking about. Doesn’t allow you to save documents (like PDF) or links to videos in the app. You have save them in the back end manager online and then your team has to go to your association website to get info that should be able to accessed from the app itself. Email option is also poorly designed. Should be a history kept of all emails sent from the coach/bench staff in the app. Instead, parents/players have to go to their individual email accounts to back track and find information that was sent. Suggestions: Ability to save links in the app Ability to save documents in the app Ability to name and sort photos in the app Ability for coach/bench staff to be able to cancel/delete/edit an event in the app Fix chat feature - not sure why it re-sorts?? Have link to open up association website from the app itself (website would be setup in backend) Do NOT include bench/coaching staff in numbers attending Add the ability to assign player positions and shifts per game/practice/event Add the ability to indicate jersey colours by game/practice

This new app has been fantastic, especially with the COVID features. The schedule that is linked right from our association website has been a nice option as has the team notifications within the chat section. I recommend this for any sports team or tournament.
