I don't normally review apps but when one is this horrible I am forced to leave a review. I loathe this app. It's not easy to view and understand like the old one. I loved the old one there was nothing wrong with it!!! Now we have this garbage!! I want my old app back!! This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!! The only reason I left one star is because zero stars was not an option!!!!! Such a disappointment with the quality of this app!!!!

The only good thing about this update is the addition of Touch ID for log in. That's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise, I would have given it 0 stars! The font is too big, except for the bill pay option which is microscopic for some reason. I tried to transfer money from my checking account to my car loan to make a payment. It let me fill everything out easy enough, but there's no way to submit it! I hope they put out an update soon to fix some these issues. They took a mediocre app that was at least functional ( though a bit behind the times), and absolutely destroyed it.

The old app was so much better and easier to navigate, and when you can't get into the app it doesn't tell you why, just says unable to process request, please call the credit union. Which doesn't help if your trying to check your balance and it's 5:25pm. You should have 24 hour customer service for when your online banking and app does not work!

There was a lot of hype leading up to this updated release, but the end product is horrible. I won't even call it an app. It is really just a shortcut to website, or mobile website. Everything about it is more clunky. It is an eyesore, the information is not well suited to iPhone screens, it is slower, etc. The previous version was so much better. I hope they change this soon.

This app is really is to use! I’ve never had any issues with it. I usually just check balances, make payments and make transfers. All are very easy to do. I love eStatements too. Very convenient!
