Qoins: Pay Debt & Save Money

Let me first give a shout out to the 1 guy that returned my call, kudos to you sir! (I won’t say his name due to privacy) but I’m sure he’ll see this! Yes...I was skeptical about this app at first after reading some reviews just like others have written here. However I decided to see for myself once again, based on others reviews on here. And I’m glad I chose to give it a shoot! Not once have I experienced anything wrong or bad on here, nothing but true reliability from Qoins, however I ran into an issue with my CC company (only on my end) and I ask that my funds be returned to my account, but accidentally pressed the wrong button for my return, and it wasn’t coming back to me. Boy was I upset, but I emailed Qoins and awaited to here back from them but also noticed a phone number to reach them by phone, and boy was I ever grateful that I made the choice of calling. That’s when customer service (Specialist) “Wink” returned my call and handled my question with respect and courtesy and help resolved my issue. I’m 101% satisfied and appreciative of him, and I would also recommend this (Qoins) to anyone who skeptical as I was to try it and see for yourself how pleasant this company and customer support truly are! Would have given 5 stars a few months ago.... then my bank account unlinked randomly a couple times and support to help fix the issue... now however I can’t even login on the app. I get get a pulsating “Q” for 5 minutes only or that followed by setting up a mobile pin (which I had and used for months to login) only to sit at the confirm pin screen and never progress past...can’t see my account, can’t change the debt account, couldn’t stop the charges if I wanted too. Please reach out and fix the issue which seems to be your broken app. I don’t understand updating the app when no one complained about it to begin with. Your already getting commission of the payments, don’t be like every other app and lose customers by trying to incorporate to much crap into a simple app.

Alright, so I don’t write reviews, ever. So, for me to be doing this is huge. But I think everyone should have this app if they have credit cards or a loan or something along those lines. This app takes a certain “level” of money from your bank account every day and puts it into a special account which is then used to submit a payment once a month to what you have it applied for. You can also “round up” your purchases to the next dollar amount and have that small amount of change set aside and have the same thing done. This shouldn’t be the only source of payment toward your debts but it’s a great secondary payment to help you pay everything off just a little bit faster.

I used this app one time. I had two payments set up but ended up requesting that one payment be refunded. When I went to attempt to refund the payment, it stated that I needed to reconnect my internet connection but the payment was gone when I reattempted. On my other payment account, I was under the impression that the full amount of $42 would be sent to my payment account but only half was sent! The other half was still sitting on my account and I requested a refund for it as well. It’s been a few weeks and I haven’t received a refund for either. I reached out to the help email and they sent it to the intervention team. It’s been 5 days and I’ve heard nothing. I have them 2 stars because they did in fact pay partial of my bill but if I don’t hear anything back by Wednesday, I will have to file a claim with my financial institution. I’m not sure what they issue is but I will no longer be using tho app.

This app is fantastic! I love how much it helps me save without me even having to do anything after setting it up. I’m super excited for the new features too that customer service told me about. This is a must have for anyone who needs some extra help saving or paying off their debt!! I have paid off credit cards faster than I could’ve imagined by round ups! This app also offers helpful information by posting tips, videos as well as blogs (consistently) about debt and saving better. No other app offers an all in one package deal! Customer service is always quick to respond with any questions I may have. All around.. highly recommend... great app!
