QLINE Detroit

This app worked fine for me! They must’ve fixed bugs that people were having

The QLINE is a very useful way to get from downtown to midtown to new center. The wait times were occasionally a bit long (7-9 minutes). And at several stops there were patrons talking to themselves, sometimes quite aggressively. But it still felt relatively safe and convenient.

The app worked. But the experience is not good, while it also does not support Apple Pay and still need to input credit card information.

I can understand the flow of things and checking to make sure riders have tickets ... however for the driver to be hanging out of the windows waiting for associates signal to go ... the professionalism of the other associates taking tickets .. sunglasses on in the dark .... where is the customer service. As a product and transportation that can be the face of Detroit ( or is the face ) horrible experience.

When I couldn’t get the web app to complete my ticket purchase I decided to use the mobile app instead. So you want my phone number just to register? No thank you! My privacy is more important than installing your app and doing you a favor by purchasing a Qline ticket. I’ll just Uber to my destination and skip the Qline.
