The app is missing sub models in some vehicles. For example under BMW three series there is no 328. App also makes you pick each individual model instead of just searching by make only. For example BMW you need to create a separate entry for 318, 318iS, 325, 325IS, etc. if you have the ability to do “3 series” or just by make that would make things easier. For example BMW all three series or just BMW.

As a frequent visitor to LKQ yards I was excited to have an app since the mobile site can be difficult to navigate however this app does not find any LKQ yards anywhere in the continental United States. I even zoomed in on the map until the only thing showing was an LKQ location and the app still said “no results were found.” It does a good job of letting you manage your garage and view your loyalty points but without being able to check yard inventories the app is a dud in my opinion. Hoping a future update fixes this.

This app needs a lot of work: The list of favorite cars should be sorted by location. And the location of it in the yard should be visible on that page, instead of having to click on the car to find the location. A waste of time. There should be a place to write notes on your favorites. In case I have to make multiple trips. When clicking on the location of the car, it should immediately show the hours of operation in that page. Not when I’m clicking on VEHICLE INVENTORY. When looking at the pictures of the cars, it should be able to rotate to landscape mode so I can zoom in on details of the car. I should be able to hide certain cars on my favorites since i may not want to go back to them. Make this better!

After I click on the alert email instead of directing me straight to the website like it used to it sends me to the Apple store. Once I open the app I have to scroll down to the automobile I selected. The delete icon on the left is too big and have deleted several of my saved vehicles whale trying to scroll down. On the web app I was also able to enlarge the picture which is am not able to do in the app.

On iPhone: unable to expand or zoom photo. Horrible way to select a group of locations you want to search for a specific car that you have created in your PYP GARAGE. There should be a drop down list of locations that you tag or untag for a search. Instead you drill into the home page of each location, tag as a favorite then back out and do the same to fav or un-fav a location. In LA this a huge bust, cuz there are a dozen locations.
