Puzzletown Match

Update: I came back to the game today and I was finally released from level 384 limbo land. Increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars. I enjoy this game and I’m very disappointed. It would be a definite five star game if I could actually play all aspects of the game. I hate to say it, but am glad to see that I’m not the only one stuck on level 384. I have reached out several times in the help section to customer service but have never had any type of response.

This is a pretty easy game to play. Level 111 is an issue if you have a certain booster that is powered by collecting the red shapes, but sometimes it can finish. Level 383 was broken, but an update was released and now level 384 is broken and you can’t proceed past it. Getting to this point allowed me to get to chapter 8 of 9 in the story, but I can’t proceed. Game support is bad. I have not had any response about the issues that I reported. If you play this game just for the puzzle match, then you might enjoy it. But if you’re the type of person that needs to finish a story that you start, then I wouldn’t recommend playing this game. It does have its share of bugs. Some levels you have to collect a certain number of objects. Sometimes the levels say that you have a negative number of objects to collect.

Great game. It is fun, and has a great story line. However, the in game power up that gives you a cross exploder once you match so many red pieces launches automatically. It’s great sometimes and is helpful, however it is random and knock out pieces needed to finish the level. Then you get to level 111. The only pieces on the board are green, red, and a sprinkling of yellow. It gives you 23 moves to get 75 of each. I make one move and it’s off to the races. You reach your goal of 75 red, green, and yellow off that first move. Then it keeps going, and going, and going, and going. I let it go for 30 minutes one time hoping it would stop. It doesn’t. Please fix this and I will gladly update my review, as it makes the game unplayable.

I LOVED playing this game ... until Level 384. I have spent attempting to satisfy the requirements, yet I cannot find a way to move beyond after a week of trial and error. I finally reached out to Technical Support, yet they never replied to my inquiries. This is a Five-Star game, however the lack of assistance sadly knocks off two of the stars. Other reviewers have complained of the same glitch and I have yet to see any response to their complaints. Please rectify the problem so this can return to a Five-Star game.

I love this game and would rate it a five. However, level 384 is broken and says you need to collect 0 red. I have tried restarting the game and have tried playing the level multiple times. It will not let me pass level 384. Until this is fixed I would not recommend the game to anyone as it is unplayable when you hit level 384.
