It allows you to see instantly where your rent is paid to, when your lease is due for renewal and lots more. For both Owners and Tenants, Propertyplus lets your property manager proactively notify you of important changes and events related to your property such as details of rent paid, upcoming inspections, maintenance issues and other important notes. You can also use the PropertyPlus to directly contact your property team, request maintenance and view, view relevant documents and more. We understand that not everyones needs are the same.
