The last update for the app completely trashed it, let that be known first. Freezing and no view on the phone. If a card is put into the camera the video is distorted to where you can’t even see what’s going on, or is completely frozen. When I sync my remote to my drone the remote constantly starts beeping and doesn’t stop. Even in flight. As well as that happening, also when I sync my remote the camera on the drone slowly starts to point directly down and I have no control over the angle, the wheel does nothing. After recalibration it does the same thing - points down and no control over angle. Those issues are probably more deep-seeded and probably nothing to do with the app but I HAD to get that out, I’m sure others are having the same issue.

I bought a Promark shadow 2 months ago. I was flying it then I click on the return home button then it did not return to the take off location and one of the blade hit something even if the drone had the blade protector. Since then the drone can’t take off. Whenever I try 3 of the blades turn then shot off and the app there is a massage that says Motor protection. I try to call. Email the costumer support for the last 3 weeks they never email me back and the phone number their provide they never answer no matter the time you call. Is there a real customer service for the this company? I need help with the drone

This app worked fine before Christmas and then the update came and now the app is ruined! Drone will not connect to video on phone at all once ready fly! As you can tell i am a bit ticked off because this was a Christmas gift for a child that worked fine before Christmas but after it was opened doesn't work with the app update at all which renders the drone useless!! Video and camera does not work on iphone 5 or 6 se FIX IT!!

I bought a gps Shadow and the app works completely fine with my iPhone 8. It has a nice interface and everything is easy to operate. Haven’t had any issues, but if you do, other apps that make this drone also support the Promark drone such as SJRC.

Recent updated fixed the video feed problem everyone was talking about in the other reviews. Seems to work as it should now. Just wish the app supported full control of the drone and an iPad version would be nice.
