The app is okay. The customer service however, is exceptional. I had a minor complaint about the app and the company responded in record time. I honestly think it’s the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My waitress the other day was amazing except she forgot to check us in which I think was just an honest mistake on her part and the manager of the location apologized AND a customer service specialist fixed the mistake. The foods great and the service is excellent so it’s definitely worth downloading the app.

Please add the ability to pay with a gift card through the app. Would be nice if there was a 'Save Cart' feature without placing an order. My phone had locked after a few min. and when i went back to my order, i guess it timed out, and cleared on it's own. I was waiting to see when my husband was leaving work before i ordered, and had to start over. Then, at Checkout saw no GC option, and just called the restaurant. (First time using the app & a gift card.) Next time, I can just "pay at store," but it would be nice if the pickup person didn't have to bother with the payment. *Oh, also some of the item descriptions in the menu are cut off. **One More Edit: According to the menu online, "Burgers & More Sandwiches/Stuff" have the option to come with either coleslaw or french fries.. But, in the app, the only Substitutes are Cheese/Smallman fries, if even listed at all - and most don't have a No Fries option. Also missing the option to add a Side Salad for $1.99.** Thank you for the free sandwich!

My server Karlie is special. Last week just a few minutes to closing and kitchen was closed and I had a free sandwich coming so she got the kitchen to make it to go. Tonite she noticed that I moved to watch an NCAA basketball game and quickly offered to put the game on above me so I could enjoy the game and my beer and food Thanks Terry M.

We love Primanti in York but have had questionable experiences with food and service the last few times we came (especially on Sunday’s). We received a free sandwich offer on the app and decided to give it another try. We had a great experience! Our server Mike took good care of us and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. We told him about our recent bad experiences and he encouraged us to ask for him when we come back. Great job and much appreciated!

Pretty dissatisfying with my pickup order yesterday. I was charged for something I never received (French fries) and waited much much longer than the pickup time to receive my complete order.. Never have I ever went to a location (sit down eating) and had a bad experience though, just upset about the fries.
