Priceline Pharmacy App

I was quite excited by the thought of this app, but i have cooled over the last few weeks. Placed an order on monday. today is thursday. I would have hoped for a response in at the most the second day. Not so. on enquiry at the pharmacy, it appeared that they had received a message, only it was all garbled. I would hope that there should have been enough information for someone to be able to contact me and ask what was the order. I see that one my previous scripts that has been completely filled, no repeats left, this is noted on the package that i have in hand, yet the online app tells me the script still has one repeat left. When I was going through the app on my phone with a pharmacist, it was obvious that they did not have enough knowledge on how the app works, and all it’s various options available. That really is why i head this with a comment about training. I must stress that I can’t fault the staff for not knowing how the app works if they hadn’t been trained. Now getting used to the app, and it’s getting to be more reliable for me and the way I like to use it. But I find that I am unable to alter my email address. Don’t know if this is integral in the logon procedure. But would like to be able to control it online.

I was encouraged to download the app while in store. Seemed like a good thing at the time, I could order my scripts through the app and pick up on my way home from work. BUT unless you leave your scripts with them they won’t fill your order until you get there. So it’s just like not having the app and just walking in like normal and waiting for the script to be filled. I travel a lot so it is not convenient for me to leave my scripts with them. Maybe fill the script then pick up when I come in with the script?

Introduced to this app at my pharmacy and encouraged to use it. The app has limitations but is ok. The failure of my pharmacy to update my script data and input my new scrips renders it totally useless and a waste of time. I made 2 phone calls then present personally to the pharmacy 10 days ago to enquire regarding this, assured each time it would be done ‘that day’... now my husband is out of his meds, no alert sent and new script is active on the app so I can’t order it. Don’t bother with this app or Priceline Pharmacy either. This is a long list of errors they’ve made over 2 years and never gets better. The pharmacy assistants are not trained professionally and don’t have enough knowledge. Picking up my scrips and going elsewhere.

Was happy with app a few months ago. Than was told that they needed to work on it and it will be unavailable for some time. A couple of weeks ago my pharmacist told me it’s back up and working. I’ve tried to login with my previous details from the app and nothing it’s telling me that my email address is not recognized and to register. I tried doing this and the page wouldn’t open. Spoke to my pharmacist and was told to delete app and reinstall it still can’t log in. Then I was told to install google chrome and do it from chrome. I did that nothing. This was told by someone in IT. It’s useless. I’m on a lot of medications and leave all my scripts at Priceline I needed this to work. So disappointed

When this app was first released it made tracking and ordering medication much easier. When they took it off-line to do some more work it became useless. What I have on paper prescription never match what is in the app and I’ve had to have pharmacy staff go back and pull out paper scripts to find out where my repeat prescriptions have gone. I’ve spoken to the pharmacy multiple times about trying to align what I have on my scripts with the app but there continues to be ongoing issues. Don’t waste your time using this app! I’m going back to the old fashion way of keeping my own paper prescriptions so I know what you have.
