There is great appeal in the simplicity of this app. I love being able to daily read prayers and scripture that I can apply to my life and share with my children. I found myself retyping the daily prayers and sending them via email or text to my children as they went about their school day. All it took was me missing one day for me to realize how much they enjoyed getting these words of wisdom during the day. Mid day last week my 15 year old sent me a text asking, " please send me a prayer." I made a suggestion to the developer that he create a way to share the daily prayer to others without having to recopy the entire thing. He responded to me in less than 24 hours and started the ball in motion. Once he created the link, he sent me a copy to look at. He also sent me an email once apple approved and updated the app. I have never received such support from a developer! I am grateful for the small piece of joy this app has added to my day and that of my children's as well.

This is a blanket review for all of Jim’s apps. If you like this one, please consider looking at everything he has created. These apps are by no means perfect, but they are a good faith effort by an obviously devout Christian to share his gifts by creating apps that can assist others in worship and prayer. I had the good pleasure of sharing an email exchange with Jim and he assured me that he is working on getting his older apps updated. So I will wait patiently while he works to bring us something new. In the meantime, the current versions are entirely functional, if not always pretty, and do what they are meant to do. The rare glitch can be overcome by reinstalling the app, which is not really a big deal. If you’re looking to live a more reverent life, please support Jim by downloading this app, as it is reasonably priced and useful. Blessings

I loaded this app on my IPad a few month ago and loved it. There is no better way of starting your day then to pray for others. This has become my morning devotion and it brings to mind all those people around me that I might not have thought of. I have even found myself calling a loved one just so I can pray that days pray with them. Now with the update I can carry the prays on my iPod. Thanks for the update. The Lord gives us all we need we just need to read His word.
