PowerDot

My gym trainer introduced me to Power Dor when I was at the gym an suffered a back spasm on a Thursday. I could barely straighten my back... He hooked my up to Power Dot using a mid-back TENS program & in 20 minutes I was walking normally again. Continued to use Power Dot over the weekend and was able to go back to the gym on Tuesday and workout again. Bought my Power Dot and it has also greatly helped reduce my knee pain caused by arthritis. Highly recommended!!!!!

The Bluetooth connection is horrible. I dont understand how you can sell something like this that works so poorly. Somehow my AirPods work flawlessly but the connection to the PowerDot units is lost repeatedly; and then getting them reconnected is an ordeal. I received replacement unit and they don’t work any better. Slick marketing, presentation and design but 3rd rate hardware and software. The app just keeps going despite losing connection to the units and/or the units keep going despite me closing the app because the app has lost connection to the units. I’m really disappointed after getting this based upon Lance Armstrong’s recommendation. I purchased the most expensive option they offered with dual units and extra pads.

Purchased thru wedu / forward move pod cast recommendations. I had a similar unit from the mall kiosk and it failed after two usages. You can immediately tell the quality of the product when you un-package it. I’ve used it twice and both times it’s relived my shoulder pain from sleeping wrong and also back pain when I woke up this morning, very easy to set up and quality is well worth the price.

I have found the PowerDot to be an excellent recovery tool. I am an avid cyclist and use it primarily for recovery. I have noticed the next day on the bike I feel fresher and can sustain higher power output that before using the PowerDot for recovery. Couple of suggestions for the app. The pictures for placing the electrode pads are helpful but some of them could be improved with a illustration of the body part and placement from different angles. One that comes to mind is the front calf. When setting the intensity some recommendations for different scenarios based on athlete type would be helpful. It would also be helpful to know what the max setting value is. Other than that the app works great and is easy to use. Thank you for a wonderful product!

I just got the PowerDot Duo recently. So, far is has been a great at helping my muscles. I am going to start doing the five minute warmup before I go to the gym and work out with my trainer Taylor Carpenter. Anyone in the Charlotte,NC area looking to for a personal trainer Taylor is the best in town. I am looking forward to all the benefits I will get out of using the PowerDot Duo in the future. It truly is a wonderful product!!
