Powderhook - Outdoor Intel

This app is amazing! It has everything a hunter,fisher and any outdoorsman would need. It provides great features that lets one know where public land is, as well as a place to post questions or share information with anyone who has access to the app. It’s also a great guide for people just starting to learn more about hunting and fishing.

This app has been a huge help for me! I love the map’s depth contours for fishing and the detailed public land data really helps me to be confident that where I’m hunting is legal. I also like the quick replies on the chatter posts. I’ve gotten a lot of useful tips through Powderhook. This is the perfect app to help someone get started in the outdoors.

Powderhook is the only app I’ve seen that is 100% geared towards helping new hunters learn anything they need to know about getting into hunting, fishing or just getting outdoors. Need someone in your area? Connect with those closest to you or even in another state if you’re looking for local knowledge to visit.

It’s really cool. I’ve never seen anything like it. You can ask questions, follow people, answer questions, and so much more. No it’s not like Facebook or any other social media. It’s some how a little different. Very neat.

Love going through this app although I’m not very tech savvy so I sometimes have trouble navigating to where I want to be. I have made a good connection on the mentor site and will be taking a father/son out on their 1st turkey hunt this spring so really looking forward to that.
