Why I deducted 2 stars, is because the football history information is sparse, until the match kicks off. Only then, is it simple to see all the statistics- last 5 games, league positions etc. This problem started recently. Previously the stats were sometimes available for up to a week before the kick off. The data is still available but more time consuming. Basically the updated, or new, App functions are more hindrance than help for me. I preferred the old system & with over 90% of my gambling on sports (mostly football). I also realise that poker & casino games are your foundations, making sports betting an afterthought. Otherwise, folk would have to use other companies for sports, which would be even more time consuming & not good for your business. Whoever thought this change was an improvement, obviously got it wrong as regard gamblers like me, since the old app was much more efficient. Perhaps they excelled on poker & casino games but took a backward step in providing football stats & info! I’ll be among the vast minority of your clientele, therefore nobody will lose sleep over it. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism ? If it was an improvement, I’d give credit for the changes but not for making studying form more difficult. Thanks for your time & your services.

The ux of this latest app is embarrassing. For the money they pay their clown developers, I think senior management need to be fired. It’s a disgrace. Where is the testing guys?! I mean this is basic stuff! It’s buggy, it’s slow, certain selected options just don’t work (like logging in), the cash out feature can not be switched off, you can’t turn the irritating buzzer off, just terrible. That’s just a few, I have a list of over 30 bugs. Pointless raising a ticket, they don’t respond. And congratulations for building a completely fraudulent algorithm into your cash out feature. You must be skimming millions from pots with that. Brilliant piece of ingenuity, because most people won’t even pay attention to pots that they don’t win. But I believe that once you’re investigated for that, which you will be, you will be presented with thousands of lawsuits. Well done stars. Great prudent management decisions! Incompetence at its finest. If you don’t understand my sarcasm, then get an education. Summary: avoid this app. NEVER play a table with cash out. .

After reading some of mixed reviews for this app, I cautiously created an account and deposited £10, which roughly converts to $12 USD. I entered my name and address and used PayPal to deposit my funds, from that point onwards it started to go down hill. I was unable to play any of the games as I had received an on screen prompt saying that my account was restricted and I had to wait until the necessary checks had been made (which generally takes a few minutes), there was no pre-warning message about any possible security or ID checks and no in depth application process which would of verified or appeased any security concerns. I tried in vain to message the help desk, but with no reply and have now messaged them three times and waited 24hrs, I have had no response and I’m still unable to access or withdraw my funds. This delaying tactic is something you would not expect from such a large company, it’s just another way they make money from their customer base. Avoid like the plague, you have been warned‼️‼️‼️⚠️📵🔞🚷🚯

They freeze your account for what so ever reason they give you . Most likely freeze it again at any moment. They tell you to contact support by email (your only contact at this point). Your then met with probably an automated message that they’ve forwarded to someone. (If that’s the case why didn’t you tell me to email them in the first place!) You contact them several times after and still no one responds. Clearly I know they don’t give a great deal in customer satisfaction still doesn’t resolve the issue. They now have responded to an email in which in which I said if your not going to reply to any of my emails you might as well shut my account... to which I got a response in 15 mins RECORD TIME!!! Telling me they have shut my account WOWW THY Hvent responded to any of the emails I have sent but pick out the one that says shut my account if your not going to respond. I have since responded to that said email several times and hrs later still no response to that email again. Also I’d go to different tables and clearly the same user was on the Same one such a huge coincidence or they just use bots. Different stake tables and the same user on after the last table. Ilrighhht ^recent problem and still not been sorted. SIGN UP IF YOUR INTO WAITING GAMES Have emailed them over 36 hrs ago I got a response saying they will be in touch after forwarding my message. 36 hrs! And still no one from ‘support’ has responded or fixed the issue.

***To see the truth, sort reviews by most recent first*** I am a long-term, near daily PokerStars player. PokerStars decide to replace the old App which was the best poker App out there with a new App which had most of the useful features removed, and contained a whole host of new issues and bugs which in the worst cases can lose you money. Examples include: - Auto-table switching failing despite selecting in options. - Dealing animations cannot be disabled which is annoyance in terms of reducing hand volume and irritating to listen to if you keep your volume up to ensure you can hear act now warnings. - Hands not folding even though you have pressed the fold button. Not a connectivity issue as you can type away in chat and messages are displayed. - Unable to locate ‘registered’ in tournaments meaning you cannot unregister from a tournament. - Registered to a different tournament / table then you clicked on, sometime a far more expensive one. I could carry on with a bunch of other problems but needless to say many these urgent issues have remained since the new App was released a number of months back. Instead of fixing them PokerStars have released new updates with thing like ‘Emotes’. The management have shown astonishing disregard and don’t really care about long term customers because they are motivated by creating gimmicks to attract new players. Just bring back the old App...
