Poker Heat: Texas Holdem Poker

Been playing on this site for a couple of years now. Gives the option to buy chips and play high stakes games or simply collect daily bonuses to play online for free. I like the format....👍 I highly recommend this game for beginners and experienced players alike. From humble beginnings Ive learnt a lot about the strategies and plays in Draw Poker. I'm still learning about the game and probably will for a long time yet.

You will see and you will remember my words that the tables are fixed in a way that will push you to buy chips. This is not real poker and is far away from real poker. I have sent an email to complain and all you get is automatic responses. They put sales deals everyday for you to buy and buy more chips. The worse part is that you just buy chips over and over and over and realise that you have spent so much money and even if you Winn you will never get that money back because the chips are not real money. Support tells me that is all random cards. You will see that many times you get the exact cards 2 or 3 times in a row. The high level tables don’t play poker they just play how many chips you got against and they keep raising the bet until you give up without even showing the cards on the table. Also, is very annoying as many people keep talking or messaging in the middle of the game which distracts you a lot and there is no way to turn it off. Lots of idiots playing and it gets pretty intense with bad words coming back and forth. There are some legend level players playing at the beginner levels which makes it hard to compete when you have 5 k on chips agains someone that has 100 million on ships. By the main thing is that you will get the feeling every time that the tables are fixed so you can buy more chips every time you loose. Trust me, this is a scam.

I really loved this game but 2 weeks ago the app would freeze midway through a hand causing me to lose a total of nearly 3,000,000 chips. I contacted support and they replied stating they were aware of this problem and gave me 300,000 chips ONLY. I have tried contacting support now for over a week and have had no response. The current version of the app doesn’t freeze anymore which is great but I had to spend another $30 because I didn’t have enough chips to finish the tournament. It’s not like I’m trying to get something for free. I payed good money to play this game only to have my chips taken away from me due to an error in the app. Extremely frustrated and unhappy.

Love this game and the way it puts you in leagues and have to make your way up. That’s great but my only gripe is that is actually sends you straight to the purchase page when you need more chips for buy in. Not just saying “go to our store to get chips” but actually takes you to the final checkout stage in the App Store. I’m sure so many people have accidentally pushed accept not realising what was going on. Very very cheeky way of gaining extra cash. Prices are steep too! That’s the only reason your not getting 5 stars.

I love the concept of the game and how the interface works. My only problem is and it’s a pretty big one, is that the game continuously freezes at any point. There has been a lot of times when I’m in the middle of a hand (big or small) that the game completely freezes and I have to reset the app, causing me to lose the hand. I’ve had to delete the app as there is no point with this happening all the time. Although if this issue is fixed I will happily redownload and start playing again.
