POI MAP-private MAP of Places

Never forget a place you've been - your personal database of your private places! POI MAP - is an easy to use local database to store places of personal interest worldwide (poibase). Clean interface, fast and reliable. Based on the GPS information of the location on your phone or tablet you can build your map of places. Use the POI MAP as personal directory of places, caches, sightseeing points,.. . Add the locations of interest of your trip in a personal database. In seconds, you can save any location, add pictures and add 5-star rankings, notes, #tags, own categories and more to your Point of Interest (POI). Find sights again around you on a personal map or in the list overview. Use the incredibly fast full-text search to fin one of your POI again. Privacy is all for us. Every information is stored only on your phone. We don't know your data. It is completely private! POI MAP is extremely fast way - add new POI by the list of POI around you, the search function for specific POI, the MAP APP of your device or your pictures and their GPX informations. Importance is the privacy - we store all information on your mobile. No server connect. and every entry is marked with the date of creation/modification to see the actuality of the information at a glance. ## Save Bookmark any location in seconds. If additional information exists via internet, we add it (website, opening hours, telephone number,...). Add images to your location to recognise the POI easily later on. You can use the search function in "+" to generate a new POI based on your search. ## Map point generates a POI Find a location in the MapAPP of your device and share it with POI MAP. We automatically create a location and complete it in the usual quality, if possible. ## Image generates a POI Take a picture and share it with POI MAP. We generate a place based on the GPS information of the image. ## Find + MAP You can find the places you've been at any time on the MAP or searched in your database by name, category, individual #tag, ... ## Navigate Use the entries in your database to navigate via map ## Ride by UBER / Lyft Use the coordinates to directly book a trip with UBER or Lyft (if available on your location). ## Share it If you want to meet with friends, send them a POI via sharing. ## Offline capable We use the GPS information of the device for localisation. The internet we only use for additional information if available and for navigation + UBER / Lyft. ## Your own categories Define your own categories (restaurants, churches, campsites, bookshops,...) and generate a database for the different interests. ## Free and PRO version We offer the basic functions in a free version.
