We have been in touch with Father 🎅🏻 and mother 🤶Christmas with all the elves for 7 years my Grandson Alfie has all of his letters and certifications from him for being a good boy and getting a call on Christmas Eve from him before he goes to bed he is totally amazed and the only night of the year where he doesn’t fight about going too bed 😇 PNP the company that Father Christmas 🎅🏻 trusts to do all of his magical calls, letters, certificates are fantastic especially when it comes to the end of September and then he gets a phone call from Father Christmas 🎅🏻 to wish Alfie a Happy Birthday and a wonderful video with the eves and a Birthday cake. No one will ever find a better company to bring Christmas alive like PNP does. Have used it for 5 years now and love it. I genuinely believe that this is THE Santa and I actually would do anything in my power to go and track this place down and live there. Because to me it looks exactly like it would look where Santa lives. Not used the reaction recorder but love the idea of it so hoping that works ok. Not had any issues (did last year which was a huge disappointment) so I'm excited for my two girls to see each of their videos tomorrow! Oh my suggestion is in the 'what to work on' section could you possibly do a custom one? Where you can string your own sentence together? Or add lots more suggestions? Like stop using a diaper/nappy/bottle. Just something that would make this even better ;-)

I would so like to give this app 5 stars as the ideas are absolutely wonderful! We’ve used this app for the last 4 years and have never had a problem until now! I always pay for the full pass as the videos are even more magical than the free ones and they have the added bonus of telling your children what list they are on. This year again having paid for the full pass, I’m finding this year the app keeps crashing and won’t upload any photos! I’ve managed to make 1 video so far which has my daughter on the naughty list, I’ve now been trying for the last 2 weeks to make another so that she’s now on the nice list. My daughter has been trying extra hard lately to be good but she’s now devastated and thinks she’s not getting anything for Christmas 😢 I also think this is her last year in believing in Santa as she’s asking a lot of questions and this app not working really isn’t helping at keeping the magic for her this year 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

We’ve been doing this for years and always pay for premium. Did the same this year and nothing works. I can’t upload photos and many of the multiple choice drop downs don’t work. I haven’t been able to make any videos. It’s all a bit of a first world problem but this has become a traditional part of my sons xmas he is six now and he is excited to hear from Santa. He is starting to wonder if he’s forgotten him. The help option isn’t available, and if I try the “contact us” option it says “not connected”. At the very least the option to buy premium should be removed until this is resolved, because now you’ve effectively stolen a tenner off me knowing full well (it would appear, having now read recent reviews) that you weren’t even selling me what I had last year. Really, really poor this year, if no stars was an option I would have opted for that since you are not getting anything for your money.

I have used the PNP app for many years, last year I purchased the lifetime pass. It’s is a really great idea, i love the magic and excitement it creates, but this year, it seems to have too many issues. i have rated this 3 stars for these reasons: 1. The videos do not download, i either get an “oopsie” message, or it just doesn’t download, even when it says its downloading, but the video is nowhere to be seen. 2. I have super fast broadband and a full 4G signal, but too often the app says i am not connected to the internet and simply crashes. 3. When creating a video, on a number of occasions, i am asked to agree to the conditions, but i am on page 1 of 4, trying to get to the 2nd page, agreement to the conditions is at the end on the 4th page. 4. The videos are becoming all a bit the same - the new ones for this year all have the same ending. 5. I am an expat living in China, this year, i cannot receive the phone calls, even though it’s in the drop down list of countries - support only say they cannot offer now, as calls to china are restricted. What utter rubbish, i live in China, not on the moon! Hopefully these issues will get resolved in due course - enjoy the magic if you can!
