On occasion, load times might be somewhat longer than usual, typically when there are updates to drug information. You may find faster load times via the website on a laptop or mobile browser (like Google Chrome or Safari), as the delay you’re experiencing can be a result of your Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. In the meantime, our teams are working hard on a long-term solution to help increase the loading speed of the app. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we hope the next update will help resolve this for you.
