Here's why: *Women are given the choice to customize their user experience by being given the choice to decide who makes the first move - "Me" or "My Match." Plum takes the guess-work out of who should send the first message. Women can change this setting at any time. *Once matched, after communication begins, women seeking men, and men seeking men, gain access to a rating tool for a LIMITED time that allows them to confidentially rate their match ONE time, 1-5 stars in up to three (3) categories: Profile Authenticity, Communication, and Follow-through.
