App crashes when adding address or making purchase.

The worst ever app I used in iOS. Always asking credentials but end up with login error. Response time is extremely long. I think the previous app is better than this. There is no “go back” option when you enter the payment option . My first revised is an year ago since from no fix. It seems developers never consider the customer feedback.

Response time is slow and very badly indicates that it is loading. Not user friendly at all. Android app is better.
