Pizza Factory Rewards

I like this app.....BUT, the rewards/coupons expire way too quickly!

I don’t like the app because it doesn’t make things easy at all! If you want to make a change or if they are out of something, you basically start all over. As far as the rewards go, it never works for me. Even after getting info from the store, the rewards don’t work how they say at all. I like the product so I’ll either have to suffer through the app or order on phone.

Terrible interface. Shows that our town’s restaurant is available for pickup and delivery but when I try to order delivery, it says only pickup is available. Then when I try pickup, it says even pickup is not available today but you may browse the menu and call in. I go to the menu and it doesn’t show up. What a waste of time.

The Pizza Factory Acton is awesome as is their website. However this app leaves much to be desired. It allows me to choose the ACTON store as my store but it lists it as 693 miles away from me! So delivery doesn’t work. I hope this gets fixed soon. For now, I’ll use their website.

Almost impossible to order the day of, even if closing time is hours away. App doesn’t save my store preference. Needs a lot of work.
