I have had Pinterest for more than three years now, and I love it. In fact, like many millions of others, I am a Pinterest addict. I haven’t been crazy about some of the changes made to the app, but I’m still pinning madly. I do have one comment to make though, about the age group for which Pinterest is recommended. I have seen images and content offensive to adults. Definitely not suitable for children under 15, and some, shouldn’t be viewed by anyone younger then 18. The new order of comment paragraphs is confusing, with the last at the top. Instinct is to read from the top of the page, but now you need to go down to find your first comment.I find it amusing that you inform me you’ve deleted a pic because of copyright, and show me a photo of a bowl of soup. What was the actual complaint about? The photo of a bowl of soup? The ingredients used to make the soup were stolen? Ha ha, guys, your random computer generated pics to send as cover for what you actually deleted, are hilarious. But when you send a pic of something I would not have pinned in a fit, that’s a bit disconcerting...

Having recently turned 40, married to the girls of my dreams, two young daughters and a fantastic job it felt like life couldn’t get any better and as a result I didn’t realize that I had started to let myself go. An introduction to Pinterest only 5 weeks ago has given me a new lease of life with already visible remarkable results! Initially slightly skeptical, I trialled simple ideas such as using my wife’s moisturizer and mix and match clothes I already owned based on articles I had read. With immediate positive feedback I have upped my game with small purchases to broaden my options in clothing and accessories, face wash and spf moisturizer, exercising small reps to tone up and even changed my posture at meetings. The results, from reading very easy to follow and understandable articles, have been astoundingly and positively visible and mentality rewarding. Thank you Pinterest!

Sometimes when attempting to scroll through a board after rearranging it, the scrolling is oddly difficult—significantly slower and more limited than usual, and when I stop touching the screen it scrolls up of its own accord. There doesn’t seem to be a reason for this. The activity page is just awful. Not only do I now not get to see the boards to which my pins were saved, but now they’re swamped with recommended “related” pins—a feature I can already access from an excessive number of alternate means. Let me see the boards to which my pins were saved, and cut the recommendations in the activity feed. No one wants them there. The process to reorder and personalise pins in their boards is cumbersome. To move a single pin I need to click it, click reorder, and then wait for the board to load, and then I have to scroll to find the pin, and only *then* can I move it—and after all that, the preview doesn’t show the end result of the change in the actual board itself, so you don’t know how it looks until you save it. This process used to be so simple; just a tap and hold to drag it into place. Why was it changed?

I absolutely love Pinterest, but it becomes very hard to use when it glitches. It is very slow, and sometimes drops me out for no apparent reason. I have trouble getting things to load. This could just be my phone, but it happens on my iPad as well, although less often. I think you should be able to turn boards into sections and vice versa- and be able to move sections to other boards. I also think sub sections would be a good idea too. That way you could have a board for fashion -> jewellery -> rings -> silver etc. Being able to search boards and sections would be good as well, and it would be cool if you could add section covers too. It would also be helpful if sections you’ve recently pinned to appeared at the top of the list of where to pin something. Being able to save images to camera roll is another thing I’ve noticed I can’t do. Having a ‘public figure’ verification for people (such as authors, celebrities, and well-known people) would also be quite helpful. Another thing it would be cool to have is an overall count of how many pins you have. I would also like it if you could either individually follow (people you’ve already followed)’s boards, or have all the boards of people you’ve followed come up in ‘boards you follow’. Overall, I really like this app. It’s quite easy to use, and it has a very clean, neat layout and appearance. Would definitely recommend it to many other people. 😊

Ok so I enjoy Pinterest for being able to organise a lot of pictures for inspirational stuff. However, since the update there seems to be a glitch where the screen appears as if it’s stuck between two pins, and I can only see half of the image and scroll underneath like normal. It’s hard to fix up again and I end up losing whatever images I wanted to use because restarting the app seems to be the only solution. On top of that, there seems to be a seperate glitch where if you try to rearrange pins on a board, a single image might be flagged or glitchy in some way and you can’t rearrange any pins if that one is touched or moved at all, which leads to “error” and causing everything to go back to where it was, or crashing the app. I WOULD go back and delete the pin to prevent this, but there is no way if indicating which pin this is, or why it’s even doing this in the first place. It becomes tiresome quickly Otherwise, fun app that accommodates to my need for visual stimuli
