Pie Five Pizza

I think it would be really great to leave Feedback on a delivery. I just ordered my first delivery from Pie Five, which is something I don't do much of anywhere, primarily for the reason of the experience I had tonight. They forgot a couple items on my Pizza. I really don't want to blast media saying hey you guys forgot stuff on my pizza because I really enjoy Pie Five and don't want to hurt the business with my review, after all reviews are powerful in todays market, but I do wish there was a way other than a phone call for my local store to track feedback so I can say hey guys great job or hey guys you missed something here. I think it'd provide areas improvement for the local store to work on without the entire public knowing about it. I don't believe there is a feature like this with v2.0 but if there is please correct me and show me where.

I really like the new app interface, and the ability to order online and pickup rather than waiting in line. Suggestion- in person you can scan to earn points. If it's possible, could you combine the scan with the payment on file and eliminate the payment step. I know this seems minor; however, it's removes the challenge of having to balance phone in one hand and wallet in the other etc.

I don’t understand why pie five is in the IPhone App Store, even allows me to order pizza and pay for it by my phone but it won’t work on Apple Pay?!? It’s as if Pie Five wants to make it just difficult enough I can’t order in the easiest manner. Secondly, every time I go to order my pizza in the app I have to input my debit card number, and than I save it but it’s not really saved because than the next time I order I have to enter it again!! Additionally, I’d rather Pie Five use Apple Pay because at least I know that is secure, as opposed to just entering my card number and not knowing who could have access to my card! The three stars I give this app is because the app is easy to order through but I question how secure it is?

The food is delicious, but our favorite part about coming to the Hendersonville, TN location is the manager, Abby. She is so sweet to my two kids and remembers their order from week to week. They look for her as soon as we walk through the door!

This app has great potential but there are some bugs. When placing an order for a calzone, the order can’t proceed unless you try to select a menu bundle but there are no other options except to remove ingredients. This needs to be looked at. This was the iPhone app.
