Pick Up Stix

I like that this app allows me to order ahead easily and now it offers Free delivery with order over $20. My favorite is House special chicken and seasonal House special nacho. I usually only order when there is specials like buy one entree get one free, 2 chicken entree for $13 or House Special nacho. Normal price is kind of high compare to fastfood chinese. So I waited for coupons. But during covid-19 pandemic. Spending a little over $20 for 2 entrees with free delivery is good with me. Their portion usually last me 2 meals anyway.

I decided to write this review in the hopes that someone at the corporate level might read it. Pick up Stix is good for a quick fast food type chinese restaurant.... but the prices are too much for what you get and for fast food. On top of prices being too high, The portion size is very small for the price you pay. I am quite sure if you lower, your prices, You would have a lot more business. But when you price your entrées at the same price as if you went to a real authentic Chinese restaurant everyone will choose to go to the real Chinese restaurant. It’s like Taco Bell shouldn’t price their favorite the same as enough then take a Mexican restaurant and that’s why they have lower prices and they have many customers. I would eat here a lot more often.

Why does my p.u.s never offer me my receipt copy with barcode. Are they using them themselves to redeem points and offers. I checked with other patrons and it’s the same. Check it out! I love the food and am eager to earn points... I work in the strip mall so I eat there most days of the week.

Great app but one drawback. Very convenient and easy to order. But the timing is off on orders. So far twice I have arrived at the order ready by time that I received in the order confirmation. I get to the location and have to wait for order to print out and then be made. So you end up waiting another 10 or 15 plus minute for an order place 30 minutes before I got there.

Great app but there's no option to buy the lunch combo through the app. Bummer because my coworkers and I could save a lot of time if we didn't have to order at the location.
